DAY AHEAD BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. ground sausage
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 slices bread, broken small

Spray 8 x 12 inch pan with nonstick spray. Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk and mustard in blender. Add sausage, bread and cheese. Pour in pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake in morning at 350 degrees. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Awesome, add one bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns instead of bread, even better.
