PORK TENDERLOINS IN WINE 
1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced 3/4 inch thick
Flour
4 tbsp. butter, melted
4 oz. can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. white wine

Roll tenderloin slices in flour and brown in 2 tablespoons butter. Place in casserole with mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and wine. Pour remaining butter over tenderloins. Cover and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
