APRICOT - FILLED OATMEAL BARS | |
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. butter 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, and soda. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pat 2/3 of the crumbs in the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; spread with preserves. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. |
