OATMEAL CARAMEL BARS | |
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. white cake mix 2 c. uncooked oatmeal 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping Mix the cake mix, oatmeal, brown sugar, oil and egg. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Divide the dough in half. Pat half into bottom of pan. Pour the topping over dough, spreading it evenly. Crumble remaining dough over topping. Be sure all topping is covered. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Cut and cool. |
