PINEAPPLE CARROT CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
