“MEXI DIP” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  MEXICAN SLOPPY JOES

MEXI DIP 
1 lb. hamburger meat, cooked and drained
2 c. rice, cooked & drained
1 c. Ranch-style beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Rotel sauce
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl-excluding chips. Micro-cook till cheese is melted. Serve with chips or can be used as a side dish.
