MACARONI, KIELBASA CABBAGE
CASSEROLE
 
1 sm. cabbage
1 lb. Kielbasa or Polish sausage
1/2 lb. macaroni

Quarter cabbage and slice. Boil until almost done. Drain. Cook macaroni, drain and add cabbage. Mix into large baking dish (9 x 11 inch). Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices and mix with cabbage and macaroni. Dot with butter, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Note: You may add mild cheese for variety.
