SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
6 eggs
1 lg. onion
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. Accent
2 c. dressing mix (Pepperidge Farm)

Cook spinach as per instructions; drain well. Combine eggs, onion (finely chopped), melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, thyme, Accent and dressing mix. Mold into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
