SUET PUDDING 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. suet
1 c. sour or sweet milk
1 c. molasses
1 c. raisins
1 c. dates

Sift dry ingredients. Use half to flour fruit. Chop suet and add molasses and milk. Grease pan well. Steam 3 hours. Serve with hard sauce.
