NOODLE BAKE 
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
8 oz. lasagna noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. Cook noodles as directed on package. Return ground beef to skillet and add sauce and spices. Cook slowly 15 minutes. Add onion to cream cheese and sour cream. Place 1/3 of cooked noodles in a lightly greased baking dish. Spread with sour cream mixture. Then put on a layer of meat mixture. Alternate 3 times. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes.
