SWISS NOODLE BAKE 
2 c. cooked noodles
3 c. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 tbsp. imitation bacon bits
1 c. mushroom pieces, drained
3 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. part skim ricotta cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine noodles and spinach and place in an 8" square baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with mushrooms, bacon bits and Swiss cheese. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour over noodle mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings, each counting 1 bread, 3 protein and 2 veggies on the Weight Watcher program. This is a Weight Watchers Int. recipe.
