SWISS HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. cubed, cooked ham (about 3/4 lb.)
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In a bowl, gradually add milk to soup; add green pepper and onion. In a buttered 2 quart casserole, layer half the noodles, hand and cheese and sauce. Repeat the layers. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
