SWISS HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 (1 lb) pkg. egg noodles, cooked 2 c. cubed cooked ham 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, at room temperature 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 2 eggs, well beaten 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard Canned French fried onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except French fried onions; mix well. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; top with French fried onions. Bake 5 minutes longer. |
