SWISSED HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) med. noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. cubed cooked ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

In a 1 quart dish, microwave on high, butter, onion and green pepper until tender (about 4 minutes). Stir in soup and sour cream. In a 2 quart casserole layer 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the ham and 1/2 of the mushroom sauce. Repeat layers ending with 1/2 layer of noodles, cheese and ham. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top. Microwave on high 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Give a 1/2 turn during cooking. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
