SWISS HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 lb. cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
2 c. meat (ham, chicken or ground meat)
8 oz. pkg. noodles

Saute onion and peppers in butter. Add meat. If you use the ground meat cook first and if you use chicken, boil and debone. Add soup and sour cream. Cook noodles. Layer noodles, meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. 9x13 pan or casserole.
