SWISS HAM AND NOODLES CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles
2 c. cubed ham
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

In a 1 quart dish, microwave on high butter, onion, and green pepper until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. In a 2 quart casserole, layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 Swiss, 1/3 ham and 1/2 mushroom sauce. Repeat layers, ending with 1/3 of noodles, cheese, and ham. Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Microwave on high for 10-15 minutes or until heated. Give 1/2 turn during cooking. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
