SWISSED HAM & NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked
2 c. cooked ham
2 c. Swiss cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

In a 1 quart dish, microwave on high butter, onion and green pepper about 4 minutes. Stir in mushroom soup and sour cream. In 2 quart casserole, layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 Swiss cheese, 1/3 ham and 1/2 mushroom sauce. Repeat 1/3 layer of noodles, cheese and ham. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top. Microwave on high 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Give 1/2 turn during cooking. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
