SWISSED HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) medium noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. cubed cooked ham, about 3/4 lb.

In a one quart saucepan melt butter. Saute onion and green pepper. Remove from heat.

Stir in mushroom soup and sour cream. In buttered 3-quart casserole layer 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of Swiss cheese, 1/3 ham, and 1/2 the mushroom soup. Repeat layers ending with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
