2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 sm. jars sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. diced ham
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. can (20 oz.) tomatoes
1 pt. sour cream
Ripe olives, as desired

Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together with noodles. Bake in a greased, 3 quart casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
