PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 lg. can sliced pineapple
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar

Grease bottom of baking pan with butter. Cover with brown sugar. Lay pineapple slices on top of sugar. Fill in open spaces with crushed pineapple. Mix all other ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over pineapple slices. Use balance of crushed pineapple to pour on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees.
