SESAME BEEF SHORT RIBS | |
3/4 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds 1-2 lbs. beef short ribs Mix the soy sauce, sugar and sesame seeds until most of the sugar is dissolved. Pour the sauce over the ribs and soak for at least 1/2 hour on each side. (Can be marinated overnight.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour on each side or until done. (Ribs can be barbecued.) |
