BARBECUE BEEF SHORT RIBS AND
CORN ON THE COB
 
2-2 1/2 lbs. beef short ribs
8 mini ears of corn on the cob (frozen)
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Arrange ribs in each end of baking dish (12 x 8 inch) and place corn in center of dish. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 30-40 minutes on High.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
