1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash salt
2 carrots, grated
Sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Sm. amount finely chopped celery

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
