1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water, dissolve and let congeal
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice, mixed in the mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients; add to Jello mixture and chill.
