UPSIDE DOWN BANANA SPLIT PIE 
CRUST:

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. graham crackers, crushed

1ST LAYER:

1 stick soft butter, not melted
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

2ND LAYER:

Bananas, sliced
Crushed pineapple

3RD LAYER:

Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries for top
Peanuts, crushed for top

Melt butter, then mix with graham cracker crumbs. Pack down to bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix soft butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla together. Should make a pudding like thickness. Pour on top of crust evenly, then slice bananas on top. Drain pineapple and spread on top. Soften Cool Whip for easy spreading and smooth it over pineapple. Garnish with cherries and peanuts. Keep refrigerated.
