SAVORY BROILED PORK CHOPS 
4 shoulder pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chops on rack in broiler pan. Mix mustard and thyme together. Spread half of the mustard mixture on chops. Broil about 6 inches from heat source 10 minutes; turn chops. Spread with remaining mustard mixture. Broil 10 minutes or until chops are nicely browned and done. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
