HOT WIENER SAUCE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. water
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt, optional
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder

Put hamburger into a heavy skillet. Add water and remaining ingredients. Stir as you bring it to a simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes. If it becomes too dry, add a little more water and partially cover the pan. Spoon over hot dogs in a bun. Add the mustard and chopped raw onion.
