HOT WIENERS "TO EAT OR CAN" 
1/2 gal. ground hot peppers
2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
5 lbs. wieners, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 (32 oz.) bottles catsup
1 c. oil

Combine catsup, wieners, oil and sugar. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Add peppers. Continue stirring and cook until wilted well. Pack in hot sterile jars and seal.
