HOT WIENERS 
4 pkg. wieners
1 sm. bottle pepper sauce
1/2 c. sugar
3 med. sized onions
1 qt. white vinegar
1 tbsp. black pepper

Cut wieners into thirds. Slice onions into rings. Remove hot peppers from pepper sauce and add sauce vinegar to white vinegar, salt and black pepper. Heat vinegar mixture to boiling. Place cut wieners, onion rings, hot pepper from pepper sauce into large glass jar. Pour boiling vinegar mixture over all. Allow to cool at room temperature. Ready to eat when they are cool. DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
