CHICKEN BROCCOLI DIVAN 
9" pie plate or casserole
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (4-5 breasts, cooked & cut up)
1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

In dish arrange broccoli. Top with chicken. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Serves 5.

This recipe is close to mine.... Add a little lemon to the milk and soup along with a quarter of a cup of mayo.. And you will see it has a richer taste....

This recipe is close to mine - I don't add the extra milk, it seems to make it too soupy. Instead of using bread crumbs & butter on the top, I add some 'french fried onions' at about the last 10 minutes of cooking and bake uncovered to crisp the top a little.

Variation: When you measure the mayonnaise you can add 1/2 teaspoon of curry to make it curry broccoli chicken divan. Have done this for years my family loves it.
