SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. steak
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over steak. Simmer until done to taste.
