SWISS STEAK 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. each salt, seasoned salt and Accent
2 tsp. dry mustard
Meat tenderizer
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
Butter
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of hot sauce

Mix flour, pepper, salt, seasoned salt, Accent, dry mustard and meat tenderizer in bowl. Pound into steak with meat mallet. Brown steak in butter in skillet. Place in baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water in bowl. Pour over steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
