SWISS STEAK 
1/3 c. enriched flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
3 tbsp. Crisco
2 lbs. tenderized round steak

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pound into steak. Brown slowly on both sides in Crisco. Drain. Pour stewed tomatoes and pizza sauce over meat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees in large casserole dish for 1 hour or a little longer until fork tender. Makes 6 servings. Thicken the sauce with about 1 1/2 tablespoons flour.
