SWISS STEAK DELUXE 
2 lb. round steak, tenderized
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt, pepper & garlic salt
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Pound or roll flour into steak with tenderizer and garlic salt. Brown in hot fat in skillet. Mix other ingredients together and pour over steak. Cover and cook over low heat in oven 275 to 300 degrees until tender, 30 to 45 minutes. If too thick add water. 1 (#303) can tomatoes can be used instead of tomato sauce.
