| CHEESY HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |

2 (32 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash browns Chopped onions to taste 1/2 sm. pkg. Velveeta 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 pt. Half and Half 1 stick butter Melt last four ingredients together. (A Pyrex bowl in microwave works well). Put hash browns in to greased 13 x 8 x 2 inch casserole dish. Pour melted cheese mixture over hash browns. Let set 1 hour. Sprinkle onions over top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. | |
Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
