SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. tenderized round steak
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

SEASONED FLOUR:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Roll steak in seasoned flour (mash flour into steak). Fry in hot oil over medium heat browning both sides. Pour tomato sauce over steak. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat, simmer until meat is tender. If sauce gets too dry add a little water.
