SWISS STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, tenderized
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 c. water
Salt & pepper
Flour
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. chili powder
Oil

Cut round steak into 4 pieces. Salt and pepper steak and dredge in flour. Brown in skillet with oil and onion. Add tomatoes, water, garlic salt and chili powder. Simmer, covered for at least 2 hours.
