1 (16 oz.) can hominy
1 (4 oz.) diced mild green chili
1 (4 oz.) chopped olives
1 (4 oz.) pimentos
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Use big bowl to mix ingredients. Mix all the above except 1 cup of the cheese which you sprinkle over top of casserole. Use 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
