CHEESE & BEEF BUNDLES 
2 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. sliced onions
1 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Milk

Prepare hot roll mix, cover, let rise 30 minutes. Punch down, turn onto flour and knead 1 minute. Cover and let rise 15 minutes while cooking the chuck, onions and garlic until well browned. Drain and cool, stir in sauce and cheese.

Divide dough in half and roll out into 16 inch square and cut into 4 squares. Place about 1/8 of the meat on each square. Bring corners up and twist together. Seal seams brush with milk. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. To prepare in advance make and cool then wrap in foil and refrigerate. Reheat in foil 30 minutes.
