ALMOND BALLS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. 10x sugar
2/3 c. finely chopped almonds
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add almonds, flour and salt. Chill. Roll pieces of dough into small balls. Bake until balls are firm, but not brown. While warm dip in 10x sugar.
