ALMOND BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. butter (no butter)
2 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. ground nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add flavorings, flour and nuts. Form into tiny balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
