NO-BAKE ALMOND BALLS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 3/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted 1/4 tsp. salt Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces together over hot water. Remove from heat. Add sugar, sour cream, peel and 1/4 tsp. salt. Blend in crumbs. Chill 20 minutes. Shape into balls (1 inch). Roll in chopped nuts. Store in tightly covered container. |
