SWEET AND SOUR BEEF 
5 lbs. beef chuck, cut in 2 inch cubes
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. sliced onion
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

Shake beef in mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Arrange in heavy roasting pan and cover with sliced onions. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over beef and onions. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 8 to 10.
