CURRY SALAD 
2 qt. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
1 (20 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 lbs. seedless grapes, cut in half
2 c. sliced celery
2-3 c. toasted sliced almonds

DRESSING:

3 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tsp. curry powder

Mix salad ingredients, minus the almonds, the night before. Mix dressing also. Before serving, drain salad and mix with dressing. Mound on lettuce and cover with almonds. Serves 12.
