CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 c. diced chicken 5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced 1/2 lb. seedless grapes, sliced in halves 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. curry powder 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. lemon juice Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Gently toss with all other ingredients. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. |
