CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
2 c. chicken (boil & cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
White grapes, cut in half
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over chicken mixture.
