CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. grapes
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 c. diced apples with skin
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix chicken, celery, grapes, water chestnuts, apples, and pineapple. Mix with mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, and curry powder. Chill and serve. Serves 10. Good for brunch.
