CURRY CHICKEN SALAD 
2 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 green onion, sliced

Combine all ingredients. Chill several hours. Serve on lettuce or spinach leaves.
