CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 c. cooked chicken, diced 1 c. celery, diced 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 c. seedless grapes 1 1/2 c. cooked white rice, cooled 1/2 c. sliced almonds 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 tsp. curry powder 1 c. mayonnaise (more or less to taste) Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. |
