SPANISH CORN 
1 can cream corn
2 eggs
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
3 pimentos, diced
1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients; pour into baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
